Please spend a few minutes explaining why you think a Roofs First policy of prioritising putting solar panels on the unused roofs of car parks, warehouses, public buildings, and our homes is a better way of getting the green energy we need than building huge industrial solar farms over fertile farmland and the greenbelt.
